Join us in celebrating the future of fitness with the Columbus areas only kids and teens  competition. The Future ThrowSdown fitness competition is for ages 7-18/high school senior. Each athlete is guaranteed 3 WOD’s in addition to a floater WOD. WODs and movement standards will be released prior to competition. If unable to perform the listed RX movements, modifications for those movements will be available. A KIDS & TEENS ONLY competition celebrating the future of Fitness! The Future ThrowSdown fitness competition is for ages 7-18(high school senior). Each athlete is guaranteed 3 workouts in addition to a “floater” workout. Teen divisions will have a finals for the top 3 athletes in each division. Workouts and movement standards will be released prior to competition on our FB page. If unable to perform the listed RX movements, modifications for those movements will be available. Registration is now open and must be received by Jan. 8th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

When registering your child, please be sure to create the account for your child. If you have an account from a previous event, please do not use this account to register your child. Using your account will give us the wrong name and age on all our master lists. Also, if registering multiple children, each must have their own order and order number.
