Route 33 Endurance class is a specialized endurance training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness, and endurance making it an ideal compliment to your fitness training. Power and speed are critical components to success in any fitness program and with careful planning our endurance programming increases both.
We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity. Like our CrossFit classes, the workouts are constantly varied to prevent plateaus and ensure you never get bored.
