Our Bootcamp program uses the same principles of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement as our CrossFit classes but without the heavy barbells or technical lifting making it the perfect introductory to CrossFit program. Bootcamp workouts consist of running, rowing, air squats, push-ups, lunges, and gymnastics, as well as weighted movements with kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and tires. All movements can be scaled to all fitness levels. Route 33 Bootcamp is perfect for individuals to begin their fitness journey or for people who are slightly intimidated by heavy or technical barbell lifting. Each session is a 60 minute long group workout, instructed by a certified trainer. Each class will have a warm up before the workout, followed by stretching and mobility after the workout. Because exercise is only a part of living a healthy lifestyle, included in your first month of Bootcamp is a free consultation with our nutrition coach, Rachel Andrews CNC, CIC.
